These standards define the minimum performance, compliance, and accountability requirements for participation in the ListWorx network.

IronClad Standards™ Partner Agreement

Version 1.0 | Effective Date: February 2026

1. Purpose and Scope

The IronClad Standards™ (referred to as "the Standards") establish the minimum performance, compliance, and accountability requirements for all ListWorx Partner Contractors. By accepting these Standards, Contractor shall operate at a level of professionalism that protects Realtors, Homeowners, and the reputation of the ListWorx referral network.

2. Licensing and Insurance Requirements

Contractor shall:

  • Maintain all required state and local trade licenses applicable to services offered
  • Provide proof of general liability insurance with minimum coverage of $1,000,000 per occurrence
  • Maintain workers' compensation insurance where required by law
  • Update license and insurance expiration dates in the ListWorx system before expiration
  • Notify ListWorx immediately if any license or insurance lapses or is suspended

3. Communication Standards

Contractor shall:

  • Respond to initial job inquiries within 24 hours of receipt
  • Provide written estimates for all work over $500
  • Clearly communicate scheduling, timelines, and any delays
  • Return phone calls and messages within one business day
  • Maintain professional and respectful communication at all times

4. Pricing and Payment Transparency

Contractor shall:

  • Provide clear, itemized estimates before work begins
  • Obtain written approval before performing additional work or changes that increase cost
  • Avoid surprise fees, hidden charges, or material markups not disclosed in advance
  • Honor quoted prices unless client approves change orders in writing
  • Provide detailed invoices upon project completion

5. Worksite Professionalism

Contractor shall:

  • Arrive on time for scheduled appointments or notify client in advance
  • Maintain clean and organized job sites
  • Protect client property with drop cloths, floor protection, and barriers as needed
  • Clean up thoroughly at the end of each work day
  • Remove all debris and materials upon project completion
  • Conduct work in a manner that minimizes disruption to occupants

6. Quality and Workmanship

Contractor shall:

  • Perform all work in accordance with industry best practices and applicable building codes
  • Use quality materials appropriate for the project scope
  • Complete work in a timely manner consistent with agreed schedules
  • Stand behind work and address deficiencies promptly
  • Provide warranties on labor and materials as applicable

7. Complaint Resolution and Accountability

Contractor shall:

  • Respond to any complaints forwarded by ListWorx within 48 hours
  • Work in good faith to resolve disputes with clients
  • Participate in ListWorx mediation if disputes cannot be resolved directly
  • Accept that repeated complaints may result in suspension or removal from the network

8. Network Conduct

Contractor shall:

  • Treat all referrals as opportunities to represent the ListWorx network professionally
  • Avoid soliciting clients for services outside the scope of the original referral without disclosure
  • Refrain from disparaging ListWorx, Realtors, or other contractors in the network
  • Maintain confidentiality of client information

9. Performance Monitoring

ListWorx reserves the right to collect feedback from clients and Realtors regarding Contractor performance. Persistent negative feedback, license/insurance lapses, or violations of these enforceable standards will result in:

  • Reduced referral priority
  • Suspension from receiving new referrals
  • Removal from the ListWorx Partner Network

10. Subscription and Fees

Contractor's subscription and access to the ListWorx network is contingent upon:

  • Ongoing compliance with IronClad Standards
  • Active subscription payment in accordance with selected tier
  • Current and valid licensing and insurance

11. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. ListWorx reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate participation for material breach of these Standards, including but not limited to fraud, misrepresentation, licensing lapses, or actions that harm clients or the network's reputation.

12. Acceptance

By accepting these IronClad Standards™ during application, Contractor confirms they have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by all terms contained herein.

Compliance with IronClad Standards™ is a continuing condition of participation in the ListWorx network.

IronClad Standards™ is a trademark of ListWorx. All Partner Contractors must maintain compliance with these Standards as a condition of participation in the ListWorx referral network.
